The main goal was turning a standard online store into a fast, easy-to-browse vinyl catalog where customers can filter by genre or decade, see album sleeve art, and check out without friction.

Architecture
Built from scratch as a lightweight custom theme using Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js-no page builders attached. To keep searches instant across thousands of records, catalog queries bypass heavy default queries in favor of direct, indexed database calls.
Custom PHP REST API endpoints handle frontend interactions cleanly without annoying full-page reloads.
